We take safety extremely seriously and all our products are tested to the  international standards, including but not limited to EU Toys Directive 2009/48/EC, RoHS, REACH for the UK and European Markets ASTM F963-17, FCC & CPSIA for USA

RoHS Standards

All our electrical products comply with RoHS regulation standards which restricts the use of a range of hazardous substances. These means that our products do not use more than the agreed levels of the following: mercury, lead, cadmium, polybrominated biphenyl, hexavalent chromium, and polybrominated diphenyl ether flame retardants.

CE Safety Certification

Every product in our range has a CE Marking. This means that they have been thoroughly tested and they meet all EU consumer safety, environmental and health requirements.

We believe in the benefits of recycling and try to ensure we recycle every last piece of cardboard, plastic and or paper and produce as little waste as possible. We are registered in the UK’s WEEE producers register and ensure all our products are recycled as fully as can be and in line with all UK and European laws.

Battery Take Back scheme

We offer a battery take back scheme for all your waste and unwanted batteries.
You can return the batteries to us in person at our registered address and we will organise recycling.

If you cannot get back to us, look out for the Battery Recycling logo in your local area and they should accept any battery which would have been included in your product.
Please do not post old batteries back to us. It is not safe.
